Another area that seems to create confusion is Social Media. I think the first problem is that often many people in an organization is doing their own thing, which is exactly what I found when I joined Kulula said Heidi Brauer. People from different departments within the organization have already started playing in the social space, somebody was on twitter, there was a facebook group etc. The key for us was to identify all the platforms Kulula was already on and to bring that all together.
